Clothing and products remain the client’s responsibility. Purchases are paid directly by the client or, where applicable, through an advance defined and approved before the purchase.
Payment, delivery and return conditions are specified before validation.
Responsibility relating to sizing, fit, fittings and returns is governed by the terms applicable to the service.
Delegated purchasing fees are separate from the cost of the products.

For PRIVATE, the €100 incl. VAT surcharge applies to each appointment actually scheduled on a Saturday.
Purchases
Clothing, shoes, accessories and other selected pieces are not included in the service fees unless expressly stated otherwise in a bespoke proposal.
Purchases remain the client’s responsibility.

The booking is confirmed after:

Services “from”
When a service is listed “from”, a prior request is required to define the scope and applicable price.
No payment is requested before the proposal has been approved.

Individual services
Valid for 1 month from the date of booking.
Event styling
For events scheduled more than one month ahead, the validity period is adapted to the event date.
PRIVATE
PRIVATE packages are valid for 3, 6 or 12 calendar months.
The period begins on the date of the initial style assessment.
The initial assessment must take place within 30 days of payment.
